Her program is a health and life coaching program that incorporates mind, body and spirit wellness. No cookie cutter plans, no menus, she believes in the 'teach a man to fish' philosophy. You know, "Give a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach him to fish, he eats for a lifetime".
